We are surrounded by native bush, and native birds: Tuis and fantails are our constant companions. Kiwis are often heard in the night, as a project is underway to return our native bird to this peninsular. |

| Both of the upstairs bedrooms have beautiful sea views from your bed. One room has a king-size bed and the other a double bed. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom. Guest are welcome to sit in the hot spa pool on the spacious deck and watch the sun set over Paihia across the bay. |  |

| Cottage Accommodation
A wooden staircase down through the bush leads to the beach and the self contained historic cottage. This cottage has been carefully restored to keep its authentic charm from the days when the early settlers were living on the peninsular during the 1840's. At high tide fish have been caught from the veranda! We serve continental breakfast in the cottage, which also features a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. The gas barbeque has provided many delightful moments for guests in the idyllic setting as the sun goes down. |
