House guests are invited to make Cliff Edge their home away from home. There is a large common lounge, formal dining room, breakfast room and a state of the art kitchen.

Whilst the layout of the architecturally designed building is contemporary, in parts open plan (the dining room and kitchen looking down over the lounge area) with an emphasis on views, views and more views, the extensive use of native timbers like Rimu, Macrocarpa, Kwela and Jarrah, both throughout the structure and furniture, as well as many beautiful antiques, limited prints, Persian rugs and comfortable soft furnishings add warmth, elegance and a rich, lived in and homely ambience.
