| Our nine year old home is the ultimate in luxury. built in Halswell Quarry Stone and complemented by David's prize-winning cottage garden and Kathleen's patchwork quilts, it incorporates the charm of yesteryear plus all the conveniences of a modern home.
The hill suburb of Cashmere is five minutes drive from the city centre, five minutes drive from the railway station, twenty-five minutes drive from the airport and conveniently located to excellent public transport. Our location is quiet and peaceful with million dollar views of Rural Canterbury and the South Islands Southern Alps, yet access is flat with excellent parking facilities. David and Kathleen have three adult children and are an informal couple who love meeting people. We have travelled extensively in New Zealand and overseas and are happy to offer assistance with travel plans. Third generation Cantabrians our local knowledge and contacts are an asset to guests particular interests.
